Unprofessional customer service

I had booked my nail appointment at Sorbet Gateway for my wedding 1 week in advance just ensure all was in order. Even triple checked with the person on the phone and she agreed it was booked for Friday 7th May at 11. When I get there the staff were lost saying my appointment was booked for Saturday the 8th, which was my wedding day. They were unable to accommodate me and said that they couldn't do anything. I was so furious and just stood there not knowing what to do. This was just so shocking and disappointing for such a well reputed and big brand.
