Unprofessional behavior- Merciah Ndou

The manager Merciah is completely rude unprofessional and arrogant. This is a terrible reflection of the brand. She captured details of my appointment incorrectly and had an outburst in the store. Rather than rectifying the issue she continued with a bad attitude and the owner had to handle the situation. There is really no professionalism in which the store is run. Really disappointed and yet to receive an apology from a manager who can clearly do and say as she pleases.
