Unprofessional / bad client service

<p>I had made a telephonic appointment yesterday and the lady booked me at 5pm, I arrive and no one knows about my appointment, she is rude and says she does not know who made the appointment. Really!!!!!! Travelled all the way to Wonderboom to get that know one knows about my appointment! I am very angry and disappointed! It's bad enough that I clear everything to get my pedi and mani but to get NO assistance!!!</p> <p>I show her my call register to show her I had called yesterday, she says " someone could have forgotten to book you ". Like really who is the responsible for making appointments? Because I believe if I call to make an appointment the person on the other side is responsible to book an appointment. </p> <p>Its very upsetting</p>
