Unprofessional and bad service at Sorbet Bryanston Shopping Centre Upper Level- Ballyclaire

I visited the Sorbet in Bryanston on Ballyclaire on the 5th of March. The one at the upper level. I had not visited this branch in over 1 year. The ladies I was used to had gone on maternity leave. The reception ladies present were not friendly at all, they were cold and not engaging or welcoming. The lady who did my hands was so rude. She expected me to lift the gel machine myself every time i needed to exchange my hand. The pedi i had was also not relaxing at all, very quick and not effective vs what i get at Sorbet Riverside. They did not have black nail polish for my feet so i ended up doing dark grey. By far the worst experience I have had. I will not be returning. Not at all the sorbet experience i am used to.
