So I booked an appointment for my nails at Clearwater Mall Sobert for 20:00 appointment when I got there the lady who is supposed to do my nails was busy with someone else and I was told they double booked me with someone else who was soaking off her nails and doing new ones.. I do understand they are busy however could just one of them try and call me to explain that they had mistake instead of me driving all the way to the mall at night? I'm so disappointed with sobert now I believe the stories that I have been hearing about them???
