Unhappy with service

I booked an appointment for Sunday afternoon eith the Greenstone Dry Bar where I was told that none of the ladies that I would usually go to were still working there. So I was booked in with someone that has never done my nails before. When I went in for my appointment, the lsdy informed that she eas running behind. Because she was so dweet i told her i didnt mind waiting. I eventually got my nails done and when she asked if I was happy I was honest and told her I was not because the shaping wasn't right. Some of the nails were almond shaped, round and others square. On top of that, as I was there for a fill, the acrylic was stacked up that it looks so thick and embarrassing. I went to work with my nails looking that way and my colleagues started making jokes of my nails. I sent sorbet my complaint 2 days ago, sent them an email and phoned the central office about this issue yesterday and I was informed that they are dealing with the matter. I need a response from them as I need to have these embarrassing nails taken off. It is not fair that everywhere I go I have to hide my hands just in case somebody notices my poorly done tips.
