UNHAPPY FORMER EMPLOYER

Hi my name is N.Phindile Marasela I was working for Sorbet vaal mall for Vanessa govender. I left her beginning of December 2020 because she told us January another franchisee is taking over only to find out she was lying to us. She didn't pay us correctly for Nov 2020 and we had to complain to head office so that she can pay us. Now I have a problem with her paying me my uif ters for may 2020. She declared to ters that she paid me 3500 for may 2020 knowing that she didn't pay me anything and I went to department of labor for proof and I sent her the proof and she said she will fix it and she said she made a mistake. I phone ters hotline and was told that she was suppose to submit our forms for ters and she was given until December to do it but she didn't do it. I dont understand that why would she be dishonest and say she paid me for may 2020. And my pension fund from liberty is also a mass...our employer had 1 membership number for all of her employees and when we contacted liberty they couldn't understand and we were asked when did she terminate our pension fund and its so surprising liberty knows when we started paying for our fund but they have no idea when our employer canceled it. We got statements from liberty and theres non payments and charges which we never knew about. We contacted bargaining council we were told to open a case of theft and we still going to do it and we must go to ccma to open a case against her. Sorbet group knows what she's doing to us but they not willing to help us so i guess we have to help ourselves and believe we going to get help...WE ARE ON IT
