Good day,<br> I have been to your franchise a few time this year, my the****** has been consistent. On a few occasions she was unavailable and other were a huge disappointment and the service delivery was unacceptable. My first encounter when I had my Brazilian wax done, the lady had really long nails and bruised me really badly. I did complain and nothing was done. Today, I needed a wax and could not wait until Friday as I am going away. The the****** (a different one) had long nails and as she tried to pull the wax off my face, it bruised. Also, she started waxing my leg and left me with bruises on my thighs. I will be walking around with bruises that look like someone has abused me!
