Unexceptionable !!!

It has happened on numerous occasions that I try to call to make an appointment and the telephone line is down. <br> I have no idea what the reason for this is or if the staff disengage the line - either way -this is highly unprofessional en completely unexceptionable to say the least. How on earth do you operate ??? <br> <br> I have logged a complaint on the website and I will make sure that I post this on all social media.<br> <br> I will not support this store or the franchise Ever again !!
