Underwhelmed

I booked an appointment for a facial at Sorbet Nicolway. To say that I am underwhelmed would be an overstatement. When I showed no interest in the high-end Dermologica and Environ facials in interest rapidly waned. on getting home looked up what should have been due process on their website. No analysis of skin, very little client interaction, no offer of BB cream but very much in evidence at till, I presume for tip. Very disappointed in what wAs meant to be a spoil.
