Uncaring Staff

<p>I have been to multiple Sorbets in Johannesburg and have recieved some good service at most of my visits except for the one in Rivonia.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been there twice and both times I have recieved questionable treatment. On my first visit, the the****** giving me a wax kept scolding me about how long I had left my hair to grow, making me feel uncomfortable. She also used the wax when it was too hot and I had to tell her multiple times that it was too hot. I really hated the experience. </p> <p> </p> <p>On my second visit to the same Sorbet, I arrived early for my appointment to soak off my gelish manicure. I was seated and not attended to for more than 5 minutes, exceeding the appointment time. I got so annoyed by this that I got up and left. No one asked me why I am leaving or whether I will be back. No one has contacted me to find out why the service I had booked did not happen. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am highly disappointed in this beauty bar because it is so close to my workplace and should actually be a beacon of convenience. Several women in the design studio have also complained about the impersonal and poor service from this Sorbet. </p>
