Unbelievably poor experiences on MULTIPLE visits
I have been a regular at this store since it first opened and have had between 1-2 blowdry's a week. However this past week i have had 3 yes 3 infuriating experiences in this store. I do not want to go into details on this forum but the summary of all 3 interactions is i have booked appointments and when arriving/ calling the store i have basically been told to \f-off"by staff and had to BEG for the appointment which i had booked and received confirmation of "
