I went on the app and booked the facial that is listed from Sorbet Man at Clearwater mall and got the notification on the app and a sms confirming that the appointment was accepted

Got the salon and then I get told that they don't offer that facial after it was available and I got confirmation

Shocking after driving all the way for a booking and then I am not able to get the treatment

It's the first time I booked at Clearwater after I normally go to Sandton and Bryanston as it's where I stay but they did not have space Today

A whole 45 min x 2 drive for the above, disappointed
