Tips coming off after 3 days of installation
Worst experience ever I did tips at sorbet in Hartbee****rt 3 days later they were already coming out. I then went back and I was told I have to book an appointment, bare in mind this my time an me petrol wasted to drive all the way back as they are very far from where I stay. I paid R1000 for tips and gel on my toes plus soak off , when I told the receptionist there that I don’t have time to be coming back here this is my only chance for this to get fixed she just said there’s no one that can help me now. When I asked her why are these nails coming off so soon she was like I don’t know. Such a terrible experience I got am so disappointed with Sorbet.

02 Aug 2024, 08:35No one has contacted me at all I’ve been waiting, I want my refund back this is ridiculous. I had to go and buy a nail glue so I can put back the nails that are falling off.
