THUMBS DOWN SORBET PAVILION

I came into Sorbet as.a treat for myself and decided to include a heel treatment with my pedicure and a gel manicure. Im not sure what.products were used on my heel but it and it has literally turned blue and black and looks worse than ever. I decided to.go back to.Sorbet to complain and hope they could sort out my leg but photos and videos were taken and I was told that I will be contacted the next day ... it has been a week and NO.ONE HAS BOTHERED TO CONTACTED ME. I can't use sandals.or any open shoe as its very embarrassing and looks terrible. My heel now have a burning sensation and it's very concerning!!! This has been a traumatic and shocking experience as I was under the impression that Sorbet was professional and cared about ensuring customer satisfaction. Today one of the gel.nails.fell.off!!!! I was told it would.last at lwast a month!! Why are you not contacting.me to sort this issue out??? I have to attend my kids debs ball next week. Please can this be sorted out ASAP!!! THUMBS DOWM SORBET PAVILION!!!
