They can't do blonde hair!!!

I went to Sorbet Irene Link to do a full head highlights and cut. They messed my hair up. The highlights aren't from the roots and my roots are an orange/copper colour. My hair is cut unevenly (it's just a straight cut) I called them and said I'm unhappy because it is a pretty penny for something that is not done properly. They made another appointment to fix my hair and they couldn't fix it when I got there and didn't even know how to fix it. I went to another salon as I am not comfortable messing up my hair any further.
