They burnt my face with wax

I went to get a full face wax and an underarm wax. I could feel the way she was doing the wax was to rough and I told her but she didn't listen and carried on. At the end of the wax I saw my face had wax burns. I then told her and didn't even get an apology instead she started shouting at me telling me that I was lying and that my face had always been like that. I later checked the burn and realized it was worse then I thought, to make matters worse the wax job that she had done besides being burnt was also done very badly, I still had stray hairs everywhere. I am very disappointed with sorbet l.
