The worst service recieved in a sorbet ever

I received the worst service at sorbet in Menlyn mall. I called for an appointment and was told to come at 7pm and when I got there Florence refused to do my nails telling me the booking was done wrong. She went on to mention she is doing me a favour. I simply fail to see how. The lady I booked from had apparently went home and even though the shop closes at 9 they turned me away saying they will not help .... Date 27/07/2019
