Terrific

I had the most horrible experience ever with Sorbet. 1. I was overcharged for a haircut and only after I querying about it it was only rectified. 2. The service was so unprofessional, I asked the lady to please only cut my split ends, she ended up cutting my hair so much shorter than it was, I walked into sorbet with hair length that was fully equal and when I walked out my hair has the most unevenly cut, it is really a horrific cut, I have been struggling to grow my hair for the past 7 years, this is unacceptable and when I showed the hairstylist she said it is my fault because I looked down but I only did what she instructed me to do, my hair really struggles to grow and doesn’t just grow overnight,the stylist told me when I come again she will fix it, I promise there will never be another time,I also toned my hair and there is barely any difference. 3. After 17:00 the lady was still busy with me and she called her children into the salon which is totally unacceptable and unprofessional for them to being all over in the salon and loud. I’m at I. Such a horrible situation at the moment!!
