Terrible Waxing service!!! Not a happy customer at all!

I’m not happy at all with, I’ve been a Sorbet customer for very long time and I’ve never complained because I’m always happy with the service but today I’m VERY disappointed! the lady ( Raquel) who waxed me left hair under my arms and those hair are very much visible and anyone can see it! Also she did not apply the soothing liquid after waxing me I had to ask for it and she said it was finished and guess what? She had to apply hand lotion under my arms?? terrible service!!!
