Terrible waxing experience at Sorbet

I went to Sorbet at Elridge Corner on the 31st March for a Hollywood wax. Firstly, there was no towel on the bed, the lady who was going to wax me, walked in while I was undressing and put the towel on the bed. I then had the worst wax treatment I ever received. She was highly unprofessional, she couldn’t remove the wax on one part and even asked me what to do next. She then tried to cut off the wax but then kept on putting more and more wax on the area. It was very painful, I told her to stop with the waxing and that I was going to leave. She left the room, not cleaning the area and left the wax on the floor, didn’t even put it in a dustbin. I walked out without paying and went to the salon next door who tried their utmost best to rectify the problem. I then went back to Sorbet after the salon next door helped me. They knew who I was and what happened. I was told I would be contacted by management the next day and up until today, have not heard from anyone at the Sorbet group. The customer service I received is not what I would expect from this company. I will not be returning and will not recommend anyone go there.
