Terrible Service that deserves a zero rating

So disappointed at the service or lack there of from Sorbet Cascades. I booked an appointment to get my hair cut and tinted and was told that the only person who was trained to do it in my had availability at 4pm today.

On arrival at 4pm I learn that this lady has actually been double booked and after about 25minutes of back and forth their solution is for me to come back tomorrow.

On asking to see their manager more running around and disappearing until I am told the franchise partner (Zama Ndlovu) will ring me tomorrow morning.

What angers me even more is that I was there for just under half and hour and in that period myself and two other ladies actually had issues with services we were booked for. Surely it can't be that complicated to book the correct service with the right the****** first time round or ensure that Sthandiwe gets taught how to book correctly.
