Terrible service from sorbet

Went to sorbet in the eastrand mall. Tracy the the****** was late for my appointment as she was out shopping. The facial I had was rushed and not all extractions was done properly. The lady at reception fifi struggled to get me loaded onto the rewards program and had to read the whole manual in front of me to do it. I had called in twice to confirm my booking and that 2 was done incorrectly. As an old sorbet client I am applauded by the poor service recieved and the lack of professionalism of this sorbet branch.
