Terrible service at Broadacres branch

<p>after visiting the broadacres branch again today, every single time service is a shocker. Today we waited 20 min to be told what was happening with our appointment and the salon seemed overbooked. Staff were all confused, and moaning at each other!</p> <p> </p> <p>This salon should be looked into - it's every single time. Also if it is because arrive late, other people who do arrive on time on time, shouldn't get the brunt of this! </p>
