Terrible service and unprofessional staff - sorbet elridge

<p>I had an appointment for a wax yesterday at 10:30am, I arrived for my appointment to be told that I was sent an sms saying they are running 15 minutes late, at 11:00 after waiting half an hour I asked how much longer I would have to wait, I was taken to a room where I waited another 10 minutes when the the****** finally came in, mumbled an apology for the delay, and proceeded to give me the most rushed painful wax I have ever experienced, I'm no expert but I have been waxing a long time, and she did a terrible job, spreading the wax so thickly not waiting for it to dry properly, and waxing way too much hair at a time so the wax kept breaking off in little bits. Absolutely **********, I will never set foot in sorbet at elridge again, R 235 charged for the worst wax i have ever had and wasting my time! If you are going to charge exorbitant prices I would expect you to at least be on time!!!</p>
