Terrible Service and Lack of Professionalism

I’ve been going to the Sorbet for years, but this recent experience at canal walk 2 was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. First, the technique was completely off—rather than standing directly behind me to ensure symmetry, the lady stood awkwardly to the side, leading to uneven brows. I specifically asked for just a cleanup, but now my brows are way too thin, which I’m very unhappy about.

To make matters worse, she got wax stuck in my hair and initially tried to hide it! She downplayed it, saying, "It's not that bad." It was bad enough that they had to call in another lady to assist in removing the wax. To top it all off, they didn’t even have what was needed to remove the wax in the store and had to fetch it from their sister store.

She later blamed all of this on the fact that she had told management she wasn’t feeling well. If that’s true, why was she working on clients at all? This experience was a complete mess from start to finish, and I’m shocked at the lack of professionalism.
