Terrible service

I went to the sorbet at The grove mall in Pretoria east and when I wanted to purchase a pre cleanse from demalogica the assistant had no product knowledge whatsoever and even told me she doesn’t know the difference between the cleanse and the balm. The receptionist took forever to take down my details. The voucher I had apparently was not working so they took down my details. And when I asked for a sample after spending R780 rand the lady was super rude about it and said that they don’t have samples for my skin type.
