Terrible service

I made an appointment for eyelash extensions removal at The Glen Branch. While making the appointment, the lady was clearly occupied with speaking to whomever in the background. When showing up for my appointment - I was told that the technician was out sick and could not be contacted because I gave the wrong details however if the lady wasn’t busy doing whatever she was doing while dealing with me, I could’ve avoided the whole unnecessary trip. An effort wasn’t even made to correct the errors. Terrible service.
