Terrible service

Unfortunately this isn't the first time that I've received terrible service at Sorbet Glengarry. Planning from their side in terms of space and where the clients should go for their treatments is always an issue. Their is always a delay in starting with the treatment, thus the treatment is always longer than expected. And know one seems to care about that it's time for your appointment, but there's no place for you to go. Everyone looks at you like it's your problem. One the****** had to read off a sheet of paper on how to do my manicure. Not only did it take forever, but she did a really bad job. Noticed sure if Sorbet will ever see me again.
