Terrible, rude service

<div>Sorbet Somerset Mall, Western Cape. My friend had booked a double pedicure for myself and her for my birthday in our lunch break and specifically asked the lady she spoke with over the phone that they must please seat us next to each other. We arrived on time a minute before our appointment and were asked to wait because the one lady was still busy. 15 minutes into what should have been our appointment, my friend asked the lady at reception how many minutes longer we will have to wait because we have to get back to work and our our treatment time is now compromised. The lady couldn’t answer and said a few minutes. We were very unhappy and my friend complained about this and said she specifically asked that they plan so that we can sit together which obviously was ignored and she said the service is shocking and when my friend turned her back to come sit back down the woman behind the counter mutter ‘f*cking b*tch’, after which my friend asked for the owner’s contact details and we obviously left to never return again.</div>
