Terrible experience with eyelash extensions

<p>I went for eyelash extensions on Wednesday last week and had an awful experience. The staff were nice and very friendly but the actual service was not good. The lady injured my left eye - I was in so much pain and it was extremely uncomfortable. The eye itself was bloodshot for several days after and I had to get medication for it. I later consulted another specialist who told me that the eyelashes are not meant to be app**** to the water line and that it is why it continues to be painful in that eye. The other eye is perfectly fine. I called the branch the next day to find out if she had any recommendations for the redness and she said she'll give me a refund if I come in and have them removed. I did not spend 2 and a half hours in pain only to have them removed so I declined. I would have preferred a better attitude from the lash lady as she was quite apathetic. I was really unhappy with the way they were done. Furthermore, they are uneven. I will be looking for a new salon to go to that will hopefully give me a more professional experience. </p>
