Terrible experience at Sorbet Westville Mall

Absolutely terrible service at Sorbet Westville Mall!!! Not only was the nail tech rude and unhelpful, every person I interacted with at the store was stand-offish and made me feel unwelcome. They made me feel like it was an imposition to do my nails. Almost a week following my treatment my nail beds and nerves under still hurt and are sensitive. I asked for the application of 5 gelish tips, from those added one was extremely skew (which the nail tech refused to resolve) and the others were shaped far too bulky. Furthermore, the tips and my natural nails were all shaped to different lengths which looks terrible. I was charged for a mani/pedi and a soakoff. My hands and feet were merely wiped with a warm towel and that was it. I did not like a single thing about my ‘treatment’. More than that, the people assisting barely spoke to me or addressed me even when I had questions. If they did respond my concerns were met with irritation and abruptness. I will never waste my money going to Sorbet again. This experience has fully tarnished my opinion of this brand. I asked a few people what their experience with this specific store had been and 14 out of 16 individuals said that they had a terrible experience. Additionally, I complained to the manager who was extremely unhelpful and unreceptive. They disregarded all of my concerns and made it seem like I was making everything up. I would never recommend this store to anyone.
