Stay away form sorbet dry bar tyger valley

I am beyond unhappy wity the service I recieved form the Tyger Valley branch.

I walked in, and the one lady at the counter pointed that I had to speak to the other receptionist, who just told me to to the basin ( which i have no idea where it was, as it was my first amd last time going there). I wanted for about 15mins for anyone to acknowledge me. And I'm this 2 other clients came to the basin as was helped almost immediately.The only way I finally got service, was when I went to the reception desk to ask for help. Where I was told in not to many words, to stop being so demanding, its only 5 mins AFTER my appointment was booked for. Im sorry late is late, no matter what.

The stylist was not dressed in uniform, the water was to hot and while washing my hair, had a loud private conversation with her colleagues.

My hair was done in soft curls which as flat in about 3hs after leaving the salon.

When it come to payment, the reception deliberately misheard me, and added a 15%tip to my bill, which I realised to late as had to rush home for my staff party.

In a nutshell. I will not recommend this unprofessional establishment to anyone.
