Staff *****ing Customers

I would like to bring to your attention that your staff members at your Northmead Hair Bar branch are approaching clients for their numbers and offering them discounts on private sessions. They even offer their services at half the price Sorbet offers. One of your staff members has approached me numerous times and I have turned her down and told her that I have been a loyal Sorbet customer for years and will report her. She rather tells me that what she does in her private time has nothing to do with her boss. This attitude while *****ing customers? Is this the work ethic your company portrays? A friend of mine has also previously complained about the same lady and her attitude yet nothing was done about it. I have called many times and reception refuses to transfer me to the store manager or owner.

I am doing my due diligence in reporting this behaviour and I hope that this will be addressed urgently before you lose more business to your staff members.
