Sorbet’s perceived Double standards

I keep my hair short, I cut my hair sat Sorbet, I am not charged a male or female price. I am charged the price for a short cut, period. I have previously did waxing treatments at the male store and was charged the female price. This time round I was charged R400 iso R300. As if this is not enough, the lady at yr H/O I spoke to at the Sorbet group (she knows who she is) tried to convince me male vs female price,,,,really lady, you insulted my intelligence,,,But had no answer when I asked, is Sorbet male and female not under the same umbrella?? Because that is what we the client sees. She said yes BUT!!! Stop right there, case closed. As a client I see the Sorbet group, not male female **************, and if I choose to wax at the male Sorbet, it shouldnt be charged the male price, I should be charged the female price. I want my refund from Sorbet
