Sorbet....never again

I wrote a review a while back about my experiences. I took my Mom - which is 78 - to the same Sorbet on Wednesday. She had a full set if tips with gel done. While she was there, she asked them to please clean the nails underneath of all the glue as it is stuck to her fingers.

I also asked them to just clean the nails underneath before we leave. They did it according to their standards apparently, but my Mom has been trying to get her nails clean since we got home. I will definitely not recommend Sorbet to anyone. They have a sign that says you don't have to pay if you are not satisfied with your experience. My question is just......how do you justify you dissatisfaction.
