Sorbet Woodlands Mall Terrible

Will never return to the Sorbet Woodlands Mall branch. Appalling service. Was assisted by a lady named Rebecca. Nails are bumpy, I asked for nail art (marble) and instead of telling me she’s not able to, she called her colleague to do it and when I politely asked that she remove it since I didn’t approve she gave me attitude. I had to ask her to fix the bubbles on my nails and the appearance of different polish coats- only then she tried to push my cuticles… something she should have done at the beginning. She didn’t even clean some of my nails after applying the top coat. When she was done she rudely told me that there is no time for my next treatment because I was 15mins late, I understood this and days later I went to the Brooklyn branch and the service there was amazing!
