Sorbet Windermere Bad Service

I had my nails done on the 4/12 and had to go back on the 05/12, i told the technician that i am going overseas to my daughters wedding in the UK and cannot continue to come back for them to fix up their mess. I had to go to another technician in the UK for them to fix up their mess. I got back on Sunday and told them what had happened - they say their 7 day terms are up. So i paid R850 at sorbet and then 35 pounds in UK. They wont do a refund or re-do my nails. That is Sorbets policy for you. To have an unhappy customer. Well, never again, i will not be going to Sorbet again.
