Sorbet Westgate Customer Service Is Trash 🚮

I have a problem with Sorbet Westgate I have been doing my lashes there since last year “early last year” and I have never complained cause my lashes last. So the lady who used to do my lashes resigned and now there’s a new lady she did my lashes on the 11 if not the 12th of February 2023 the lashes starting falling on last week and now it’s worse, the lash technician complained about the glue they’re using she said she had been asking the store manager to buy a proper glue and buy different lash sizes mind you the lady who resigned was complaining about the same thing so I can’t spend R490 and the lashes are already coming out it’s not fair for real.
