I am a loyal Sorbet client - loving Sorbet Blue Hills (Midrand); Sorbet Woodlands (Pretoria); Sorbet Nail & Drybar Fourways and Sorbet Mooiriver Mall in Potchefstroom.

BUT,

on 22 August 2020 I went to make a booking for my daughter's Matric Farewell (Tomorrow) with the Sorbet Waterfall Mall for this afternoon. I booked for a Buff and Paint (Hands & Feet) and a Brow and Lash Tint.

On my daughter's arrival they could for one, NOT find the booking. Eventually they said it is ok - but sadly, she wants to add two tips to nails that broke - CANNOT help.

To Sorbet Rustenburg - To ALL the amazing salons I have listed above - they would have done it. I have at many occasions changed my mind to my treatment or added something, and NEVER have any Sorbet declined my request. I hope you close down. DISCHEM in Waterfall Mall immediately was willing to assist her, with everything. Now that is exceptional service!
