SORBET WATERCREST!!!! JUST WOW!!!!!!!!!

I have been thinking so hard about this review and how to write it.

To me, a GREAT business is determined by how they deal with complaints.

I went to Sorbet Watercrest and had a not-so-great experience, I expressed my dissatisfaction and to be honest, didn't expect to hear anything back.

Well, the owner herself reached out to me and sent me the most amazing email apologizing on behalf of her staff, she didn't hide away and pretend it didn't happen, she didn't place blame on anyone, she stood up and took the fall for something she didn't even do! WOW! That was enough for me and her sincerity was evident! However, she didn't stop there, unfortunately the treatment was not something that was able to be rectified so instead she treated me to a full on pamper afternoon, which as a mom, was so well appreciated! The beautician who made the error to start with came up to me while I was there and apologized with the most beautiful bunch of flowers and some delicious chocolates. None of this was expected but so very appreciated! I will be a loyal client of Sorbet Watercrest for many years to come and I encourage you to head over there and experience this world class service for yourself. 10/10 Sorbet Watercrest, thank you from the bottom of my heart.
