Sorbet V and A waterfront has the worst customer service, disgusted

I had the worst customer service, I went to sorbet Cape Town to get the worst service ever, the V and A waterfront sorbet was absolutely ridiculous, from desk gentleman by the name Liam he was absolutely rude, I made an appointment for the lady doing my nails to take way longer that should that her next appointment came through and for her to leave my nails and attend to the next customer, I now had to wait for the next available nail technician to attend to me after waiting over 45minutes to complete her other client , I shall never set foot at this sorbet as the customer service is absolutely ridiculous and distasteful in my query to the gentleman (Liam) he just responded with utter disrespect, not to mention that I ended up bleeding from the harsh filling
