Sorbet TygerValley

To whom this may concern

After watching several motivational talks from Ian Fuhr on YouTube I was impressed with his customer centric approach.

I think that the disappointment dealing with Sorbet in Tygervalley was even bigger because of the above.

In short my wife has been at Sorbet TygerValley for several years and was always happy dealing with this outlet as the staff new her and understood her requirements.

She would buy all the facial products there and would book treatments for herself and my daughter.

Saturday the 23rd of July my wife had a treatment booked for my daughter.

The treatment was booked a week in advance and as always my wife received a confirmation on her phone for the 15:00 appointment

On the day of the treatment at about 14:35 when we were on our way we received suddenly a clearly reconstructed sms confirming a treatment for 14:30 .

A second later Sorbet phoned telling us that we could not come in at 15:00 as the treatment was booked for 14:30. This is clearly untrue and we drove to Sorbet.

We arrived at 14:50 and the receptionist and the the****** told my wife and daughter when we entered the premises that they could only help her the following day. We showed her the confirmation and told her that this was unacceptable and that she must make a plan for the other customer and give us the booked time slot. After rolling her eyes and sighing she just walked of without an apology or any form of excuse. My daughter did receive the treatment but clearly in a rush and very uncomfortable.

Whatever customer centricity the CEO preaches it’s always about staff that must carry the message to the consumer. If they fail it all falls flat.
