Sorbet town square wastes my time like it’s invaluable to them

Sorbet town square makes my appointments and ALMOST ALWAYS cancels or tries to rechdule them like I have nothing else to do but sit on my ass and wait for them to feel like servicing me! My appointments have been moved or canceled time and time again and life is busy we plan and there is just so many times you can understand. They obviously have a scheduling issue but customer service is not important to them and when deciding to complain online I read so many more complaints of the same nature why on earth does headoffice allow one branch to have such pathetic service? We spend a lot of money at sorbet to receive bull**** service???
