Sorbet The Glen no customer service!!!

I made an appointment at Sorbet the Glen for 6pm a day prior, when i arrived at the store I informed that I had made an appointment and was told to have a seat. I was not attended to for a full 30mintes nobody even bothered to update me why I was waiting. When I informed the receptionist she gladly cancelled my appointment without addressing the situation. By far the worst customer experience and I would not recommend this store to ANYBODY!
