Sorbet Sunningdale bad experience

Disappointed with the level of customer service! Booked an appointment for buffing of nails on hand & feet. At the appointment, whilst busy with my feet, the technician, Taryn, informed me that she cannot complete the work on my hands as she has been booked to work on another client. When I raised the query as I had booked for both hands & feet to be attended to, I was then told that the booking assistant did not record the request for hands to be completed. The staff then informed me that if I wanted my hands done then I would need to come back later or else there's nothing they can do. Very disappointing that this is the level of customer service I got at an establishment that's meant to be one of the best. The manager and receptionist lady, Zaida who takes the bookings at the front desk proceeded to speak about the situation but we're whispering and had a lot to say about the situation but could not say it to my face or offer me any solutions to the issue. It was enough that they recorded my appointment wrong, but its even more wrong that they proceeded to gossip about me and the situation when it was their fault that they could not accommodate me. I guess I will have to find another nail salon that provides me with better service than whatever this was.
