**Sorbet Mall @ Carnival: Staff is very reluctant to help you - just wanted to redeem a voucher and they claimed they dont know how the system works and the person who can actually assist you, doesn't want to help you. I went to the Sorbet in Sunward Park straight after and they had no issues in assisting me. Bottom line is that Sorbet's staff at Mall @ Carnival is *********** and very unprofessional. Please note that the variety of stock is very low compared to Sorbet in Sunward Park.
