SORBET - shop 594 Tygervalley centre

I booked a Manicure for my daughter and a Pedicure for myself at SORBET in Tygervalley Shopping Centre. Its the Sorbet (shop 594) at the Game entrance. The unfriendly receptionist was the least of my issues. The appointments were for 12 midday. The Pedicure lady who did my feet was clearly "not in the mood" and VERY sloppy (and I am NOT a perfectionist)...and when i asked her before she started painting my toe nails if she had pushed the cuticles back, she said YES! - then proceeded to do them again.,,,,,because she had not actually done them to start with .....the talent (not sure how much talent it takes to scrub someones feet, rub some cream on and then paint the nails), was not really the issue, but her miserable, ****py attitude was SO disappointing. My daughters Manicurist...oh my word....if I thought Miss Pedi was sulky I had not seen Miss Mani yet.....dead silence, cold, rude attitude......i know it must be tough to deal with customers all day doing their nails, but SERIOUSLY owners of Sorbet shop 594 in Tygervalley centre.....you need to spend more time in your shop....your staff are RUINING your business.....we will NEVER go back there again!!
