Sorbet Rivonia disgusting customer service don't even think of wasting your hard earned money

Completely disgusted with the unprofessionalisn of staff at Sorbet Rivonia. Two occasions have made appointments where I have had to sit wait, instead of being apologetic the staff continue having their own conversations completely ignoring continuing as if you the client is not there. Their lack of professionalism to black clients is absolutely disgusting to say the least! Their conduct totally unacceptable first time round I ignored their terrible behavior, even after the nails were not satisfactory with the wrong color used which I had to sit an additional 2hours to get it resolved. The worst place ever it's like a low budget place
