Sorbet Riverside is a DISGRACE

I have tried time and again to support Sorbet Riverside, and I have now decided enough is enough. I had a Hollywood wax there, where the the****** left patches of hair unwaxed, as well as clumps of wax sticking me together. I had to rip it off myself at home. Excruciating. I called the salon to complain, they said I could return to fix it - on my petrol, no less. I should have been refunded my money. More recently, I went with my mother for a mani-pedi. The the****** severely damaged her toe to the point that she couldn't wear shoes for a week; my mother asked her to stop mid-pedicure, she was in so much pain. The the****** in question issued no apology, was arrogant and rude and the manager still tried to charge us for the parts of the pedicure leading up to the damage - like washing the feet! How can we pay when we are leaving injured?? DISGUSTING.
